碳酸钙刚性粒子增韧HDPE的影响因素

摘    要:本文系统地研究了碳酸钙粒子用量、粒径大小、偶联剂用量和基材韧性等诸多因素对HDPE/CaCO_3体系冲击强度的影响。结果表明,(1)刚性粒子增韧与弹性体增韧不同,它要求基材本身具有一定的冲击韧性(即基材具有一定塑性形变的能力);(2)碳酸钙粒子的用量有一临界值,只有当用量大于此临界值时才有明显的增韧作用;(3)除了基材韧性和临界用量外,粒径大小也是碳酸钙增韧的决定因素,粒径越小,增韧效果越好,临界用量也越低,当粒径较大时,碳酸钙不再有明显的增韧作用;(4)偶联剂用量有一最佳值。此外,本文还比较了弹性体(EPDM)与碳酸钙粒子对HDPE刚性的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the affecting factors of toughening of HDPE with CaCO3 particles were studied. The results show that the toughness of HDPE is enhanced by the addition of CaCO3 particles without lowering the modulus of HDPE. Impact strangth of HDPE was affected by CaCO3 particles despersion.content.size and matrix toughnessilt can be concluded that the better the particles despersion is ,and the smaller the particle diameter is,the greater the impact strength will be. A sharp brittle-tough transition is found when critical inter particle distance is 5. 2um. It is expect to obtain polymeric materials with higher modulus as well as higher toughness by modification with rigidparticle.
