聚烯烃功能化的研究进展

摘    要:聚烯烃的功能化方法可分为:直接共聚法、反应性基团功能化和后功能化。与另外两种功能化方法相比,后功能化法的研究和应用较为广泛。本文重点介绍近年来后功能化的新技术如等离子体接枝、超临界二氧化碳接枝、固相力化学接枝和缩合聚合接枝以及传统方法比如溶液接枝法、辐射接枝法和固相接枝法的更新与改进。功能化聚烯烃对聚合物填充体系和共混体系有良好的增容作用。

Abstract:Polyolefins functionallization mainly consists of copolymerization,reactive functionallization and post-functionallization.Compared to the other functional methods,post-functionallization are more widely researched and applied.Emphasis is laid on the new methods of post-functionallization in terms of plasma graft copolymerization,supercritical carbon dioxide graft copolymerization and solid state mechanical chemical graft copolymerization,and some renovations to the traditional post-functionallization in terms of solvent graft copolymerization,radiation graft copolymerization and solid phase graft copolymerization.Functional polyolefins are excellent compatibilizers for polymer composites and blends.
