| 摘 要： | 以3,5-二硝基溴苯与对甲基苯酚为原料,合成出中间产物3,5-二硝基-4'-甲基-二苯基醚,再用钯/碳还原得到芳香二胺单体3,5-二氨基-4'-甲基-二苯基醚,以此芳香二胺和四种不同芳香二酐为单体,通过低温聚合反应合成了高分子量的聚酰胺酸,热亚胺化的产物在极性强的溶剂中具有较好的溶解性.差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重法(...

| Abstract: | An aromatic diamine monomer,a series of new polyimides(PIs) were synthesized and the structures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),~1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(~1H-NMR) and elemental analysis.All the new polyimides were soluble in many solvents such as N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP),N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),tetrahydrofuran and m-cresol.They have good thermal stability with the glass transition temperature of 200℃～211℃,the temperature of 5%and 10%mass loss in nitrogen is in the range of 521℃～549℃and 534℃～558℃respectively.All PIs were found to hold outstanding mechanical properties with the tensile strengths of 118.14 MPa～154.19 MPa and Young’s modulus of 2.35 GPa～2.85 GPa. |
