Abstract:Grinded the waste corrugated paper to paper pulp,and manufactured the waste paper pulp/high density polyethylene composites by injection molding.Studied the fact of waste paper pulp content,different compatiliizer HDPE-g-MAH(maleic anhydride grafted high density polyethylene)and LDPE-g-GMA(glycidyl methacrylate grafted low density polyethylene),different processing aids S-105、TKM-M80 and Deoflow A to the influence of mechanical properties of waste paper pulp/HDPE composites.Also,by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),analysis the impact fracture surface of the composites,some conclusions can be draw,The interaction between compatilizer HDPE-g-MAH and processing aids TKM-M80 can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the composites.The interface between HDPE and paper pulp gets a good compatibility by the HDPE-g-MAH and TKM-M80 treaded.
