壳聚糖和甲壳素的肉桂酰化改性

摘    要:在甲磺酸体系中,通过内桂酰氯与壳聚糖和甲壳素的反应,将适于作紫外线吸收剂的内桂酸分子接枝到了天然高分子壳聚糖和甲壳素的分子链上,制得了内桂酰壳聚糖和内桂酰甲壳素。红外光谱的表征表明产物具有目标产物的结构特征,广角X射线衍射的表征表明壳聚糖和甲壳素酰化反应后结晶度明显降低,紫外光谱的表征表明内桂酸具有一定的吸收紫外线的能力,同时对产物的溶解性能进行了研究。

Abstract:In this paper, cinnamyl group that bears excellent UV absorbing ability was grafted onto the chain of natural polymer chitosan and chitin, in methane-sulfonic acid system. Chitosan cinnamate and chitin cinnamate were prepared. The expected molecular structure of chitosan cinnamate and chitin cinnamate can be confirmed by FT-IR. It is shown from the WXRD that crystallinity of chitosan and chitin are decreased greatly after the acidylate reaction. It can be seen from the UV spectrum that the chitosan cinnamate bears excellent capacity of ultraviolet absorption. The solubility of the products was also studied.
