摘    要:以琥珀酸酐、聚乙二醇、E-51为原料合成了非离子型乳化剂,利用相反转法制备了水性环氧树脂乳液和水性环氧固化剂。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)研究了水性环氧树脂与甲基四氢苯酐(MeTHPA)的热稳定性和固化机理。结果表明,水性环氧树脂与MeTHPA已固化完全;固化反应符合两个参数的自催化esták-Berggre(S-B)模型,固化反应的平均表观活化能为73.95 kJ/mol。MeTHPA与环氧树脂物质的量比为0.6的热稳定性最好。

Abstract:Non-ionic water-borne epoxy resin and cure agent was prepared from succinic anhydride,polyether glycol(EG-2000),bisphenol A epoxy resin(E-51) and 3-methyl-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(MeTHPA) via the phase inversion technique.The curing mechanism,kinetics and thermal properties were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the MeTHPA had reacted with the epoxy group.The curing reaction could be described by autocatalytic esták-Berggre model and the kinetic equation of the curing reaction was obtained.The average activation energy Ea is 73.953 kJ/mol.When the proportion of MeTHPA with epoxy is 0.6,this material has best thermal stability,the temperature of 5% mass loss is 334.02 ℃ and the residual yield is 29.1% at 500 ℃.
