摘    要:本文以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯(DM)为原料,采用无乳化剂乳液聚合法,合成出一系列VAc-DM阳离子共聚乳液P(VAc-DM)]。测定了乳液的稳定性和转化率,找到了合成稳定的P(VAc-DM)阳离子乳液的最佳条件;通过电镜观察,阳离子胶乳为球形粒子;将此胶乳用于喷漆车间废水的净化,通过对净化时间和透光度的考察,确定了用量为0.01%时,效果最佳,并同聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作了对比实验,P(VAc-DM)优于PAM。

Abstract:A series of cationic latex microsphere copolymers based on vinyl acetate and dimethy-laminoethyl methacrylate were synthesized by means of emulsifier - free emulsion polymerization. The stability and convertibility of latices were determined. The optimum condition of synthesis of the most stable latex was discovered. The cationic latex Copolymer was applied in purification of waste water, and the purificatory time and transmittancy were determined. The optimum value of cationic latex Copolymer that is able to make the waste water into clear water is 0. 01 percent. The flocculability of cationic latex Copolymer is superior to that of polyacrylamide.
