摘    要:为了进一步提高羟乙基纤维素(HEC)膜的脱硫性能,文中对5种分子量的HEC进行交联改性,研究了分子量、交联剂对HEC膜脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,特性黏度122 mL/g的HEC最适合做脱硫用膜材料;HEC膜脱硫性能随交联剂种类而变化。用模拟汽油和催化裂化(FCC)汽油对交联HEC膜的渗透汽化性能进行测试,结果表明,随操作温度升高,富集因子先增加后降低,有极大值。极大值出现的温度取决于料液种类。

Abstract:In order to further improve the desulphurization capability of hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC) membrane,5 kinds of HEC with different molecular weight were modified through the crosslink.The effect of molecular weight and crosslinking agent on the desulphurization properties of HEC membrane was studied.The results show that the HEC with an inherent viscosity of 122 mL/g is suitable to use for FCC desulphurization.Next,the desulphurization properties of HEC membrane vary with the crosslinking agent type.The obta...
