反应性乳化剂作用下的醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合

摘    要:对反应性乳化剂作用下的醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)乳液聚合动力学体系进行了研究,实验结果发现,聚合速率随乳化剂、引发剂浓度、温度的增大而加快,乳胶粒平均直径较传统的的乳液聚合乳胶粒子大得多,且成核期结束较早。

Abstract:The kinetics of emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate using a reactive emulsifier has been investigated. The results show that the rate of polymerization increases with increasing emulsifier concentration, initiator concentration and temperature, the nucleation period finishes earlier and the particle average diameter of latexes is larger than the particle produced by traditional emulsion polymerization.
