聚氨酯/环氧梯度互穿网络聚合物的弯曲行为

摘    要:设计了一种新的梯度组分分布数学模型,采用梯度因子和梯度层数控制梯度组分的分布,并用逐层浇铸的方法制备了不同种类的EP/PU梯度互穿网络聚合物(IPNs)材料,对其弯曲行为进行了研究。研究结果表明,在相同质量比情况下,梯度IPNs的弯曲性能低于普通IPNs,并且梯度层数越多,梯度因子越大,弯曲性能越低,越容易发生弯曲变形。尽管弯曲性能有所降低,梯度IPNs的抗冲击性能要优于普通IPNs。

Abstract:A new mathematic model was adopted to design the distribution of graded component in graded IPNs,Both graded layers number and graded factor were used to control the distribution of graded component.Different types of PU/EP graded IPNs were prepared by means of casting layer by layer,The flexural behavior of the materials was studied and compared with that of ordinary IPNs.Our results indicate that when mass ratio is the same,The flexural property of graded IPNs is lower than that of ordinary IPNs and decrease with increase of number of graded layers and graded factor.Decrease of the flexural property makes graded layers distort easily.Although the flexural property of graded IPNs is lower.Its impact strength is higher than that of ordinary IPNs.
