摘    要:介绍了一种新颖夹心式纳米超净化材料的制备工艺和净化除菌性能,通过对这种新型材料过滤酵母菌浊液的过滤效率以及滤液的浊度变化值等参数的测定,表明这种新型材料过滤效率很高。并对材料净化除菌机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Authors introduced the process to produce a novel sandwich structure nanofiber super-cleaning material.Purification of water containing microzyme with this novel material was studied,and parameters such as filtration efficiency,the variety of turbidity value of filtrate by means of infiltration and filtration were also determined.The results show that this novel material has high filtration efficiency,e.g.the highest filtration efficiency can reach 99.976%,and the lowest turbidity value is 0.4 NTU.Filtration efficiency is affected by nanofiber density and operation pressure.In the end,the mechanism of filtration was discussed,and the primary mechanisms were mechanical sieving,direct interception and inertial impaction.
