PVDF/改性BaTiO3复合材料介电性能研究

摘    要:用硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂对BaTiO3粉进行了表面处理,使用溶剂法制备了PVDF/BaTiO3复合薄膜,通过疏水亲油实验定性地分析了硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂对BaTiO3粉的偶联作用可以改善PVDF/BaTiO3的界面结合,通过测定PVDF/BaTiO3的介电常数和介电损耗角正切值表征了复合材料的介电性能,PVDF/BaTiO3扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的微观形态分析发现,经过偶联剂表面处理,BaTiO3粉在PVDF中的分散情况改善,偶联剂的用量对微观形态影响较大。

Abstract:The polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with barium titanate(BaTiO 3) was prepared in solution as a dielectric composite. BaTiO 3 were modified by titanate coupling agent and siloxane coupling agent.The two kinds of coupling agent were used to improve the interfacial interaction of BaTiO 3 particles and PVDF film. The dielectric properties and the interfacial interaction of composite were examined. It is found that the dielectric constant can reach highest value when the BaTiO 3 particle content is 70%, and the dielectric loss increases rapidly when BaTiO 3 particle content is less than 70%. The SEM micrographs of PVDF/BaTiO 3 show that coupling agents improve the interfacial interaction between PVDF and BaTiO 3. The mass fraction of BaTiO 3 is a key to the dielectric property of PVDF/BaTiO 3 dielectric composite.
