摘    要:利用反应动力学模型对热固性树脂固化特性进行模拟和预测,因涉及到机理假设和参数的经验选取,所以在处理复杂反应时就有一定的局限性。文中发展的一种非反应模型方法利用动态DSC的数据,得到了表观活化能随反应程度的变化而变化的规律,对一种环氧树脂体系进行了等温固化的模拟,与实验结果符合得较好。

Abstract:The traditional curing kinetics adjusts the parameters in model to fit the isothermal curing curves to the actua1 testing results, which bring some limitations to the application. This paper presents a new method named as the Non-Model method to involve the non-constant activation energy. Apparent activation energy E(α) as a function of curing transition degree α is more reasonable than the constant activation energy to be used in simulation. With the Non-Model method, the detailed curing reaction procedure of epoxy resin is meticulously described and the simulation results are consistent to the actual testing. Large quantities of isothermal DSC testing can be omitted to increase the efficiency in the practical field. It is possible to apply the Non-Model method to any complex reaction.
