| Abstract: | In this paper, a new type of plastics injection molding machine, the electromagnetic dynamic plastics injection molding machine, was studied and compared with the common injection molding machine. The structure of the machine, the feacture of processing and the quality of the molding were analyzed. The results show that the new type of machine has the advantages of low energy consumption, improving melt flow into mold. And plastics parts can be molded at a relative low temperature and a low injection pressure, resulting in a high quality. |
