有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂/双羟基金属氧化物纳米复合乳液的制备和性能

摘    要:以丙烯酸酯类单体和不饱和硅油大单体为聚合单体,加入改性后的纳米双羟基复合金属氧化物、乳化剂等进行种子乳液聚合制备有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂/LDH纳米复合乳液,对其成膜进行X射线衍射、透射电镜、力学性能、阻燃性能分析。结果表明,该材料为纳米复合材料,其强度和韧性等综合性能明显提高,抗氧指数达到25.6,具有优异的阻燃性。

Abstract:The organosilicon modified acrylic/LDH emulsion was prepared from acrylate,organosilicon-monomer(as monomer for polymerization),as well as nanolayered double hydroxides and emulsifier etc with emulsion polymerization methods.The samples prepared were characterized by XRD,TEM,physics and flame-retardancy capabilities testing.Results show the samples is nanocomposion.LOI is 25.6.The composition have excellent flame-retardancy,strengthening and toughing with general capability remarkably improved.
