聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯共混体系的增容作用

摘    要:采用聚二甲基硅氧烷-b-聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物为增容剂,增容聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯共混体系,重点研究了增容剂的增容效应。结果表明,DMS-b-OE对PDMS/PU共混体系的增容效果与聚氨酯的化学结构有关;DMS-b-OE对聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚四氢呋聚氨酯共混体系有良好的增容作用使其力学性能有明显的提高。

Abstract:Polydimethylsiloxane-b-poly(ethylene oxide)block polymers(DMS-b-OE)were used to improve the compatibility of polydimethylsiloxane/polyurethane(PDMS/PU)blends.It was found that the compatibilization effect of DMS-b-OE was related to the chemical structure of the blended polyurethane.DMS-b-OE can promote the compatibility of the blends of PDMS with poly (tetramethyl oxide)urethane,and the resulted blends have a good mechanical properties.
