γ-辐照交联ZnO/含氯聚合物阻燃性能的研究

摘    要:使用热分析和工业燃烧试验方法研究了氧化锌/含氯聚合物辐照交联体系的燃烧膨胀结碳纤维,与含有发泡剂的体系比较,该体系工艺安全可靠,碳膜复盖阻燃性好。辐照剂量对该体系的膨胀结碳有很大影响,适度交联以及交联后退火有利于形成膨胀性,遮复性好的碳膜。加入三聚氰胺可以改善该体系的热稳定性。

Abstract:The burning swelling and charcoal forming characteristics of ZnO/PVC or CPE system have been studied by DTA, TG and industrial burning test methods. Compared with the system of foaming agent, burned charcoal shell of ZnO/PVC systems has good covering and fire proofing properties. Radiation crosslinking dosage has a great effect on its swelling and charcoal forming. Suitable crosslinking degree and heat treatment can give the system good swelling and covering charcoal shell.
