双层幕墙空调能耗分析

摘    要:双层玻璃幕墙自20世纪上半叶以来在办公建筑中一直倍受青睐。由于其结构特殊,特别是采用自然通风时,流动与传热过程复杂,必须深入研究。在这样的背景下,对一大楼在北京地区的双层玻璃幕墙采用自然通风时的室内热环境进行研究,分析对于设计不当以及调节不合理到底会增加多少能耗以及对空调系统的运行会带来何种不利的影响。在研究过程中采用了建筑能耗模拟软件energyplus和star-cd进行模拟。计算结果表明:对于全空调的办公建筑办公室的门是否开启对于整个空调能耗的影响很小,关键的是看其通风情况是否良好;在不考虑眩光等的前提下,只是通过幕墙的通风就可以解决幕墙上的辐射得热的转移问题,而不需要过多的关注遮阳的问题。

Abstract:Double-Skin Facade (DSF) has been widely used in office building since the 20th century. The flow and heat transfer process, which, on the occasion of natural ventilation, must be further studied because of DSF' S special structure. Under these circumstances, the indoor thermal environment on a building with DSF in Beijing , was calculated when natural ventilation is on. Thus we can analyze the increased energy consumption caused by irrational design and adjustment, and the negative effect which will act on the air-conditioning's operation. The energyplus and star-cd were used in the research process. The calculation leads to the result: For building of full loaded air conditioning, the influence on air-conditioning load is small whether the office door is open or not, what determines more is based on the good ventilation. Taking no account of glare, the radiation heat transfer could be solved through the ventilation of the DSF, and the shading does not attract too much attention.
