摘    要:在研究6300kN多向模锻液压机结构特点的基础上,利用有限元模拟软件ANSYS中的参数化语言APDL对机架进行三维建模,对机架结构进行强度和刚度分析,从而获得机架的等效应力和等效位移的分布规律。

Abstract:On the basis of studying the structural characteristics of the 6 300 kN multicored forging hydraulic press,the 3D-FEM parameterized model of the frame is established by using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL),and structural analysis is carried out.The stress and displacement distribution of the frame under static load are disclosured.
