印刷速度对油墨转移的影响

良好印刷的过程是油墨精确定量转移的过程.油墨在从墨斗→墨斗辊→墨辊→印版→橡皮布→承印物表面的转移过程中,油墨适性、水墨平衡、印版、橡皮布的性能及纸张、印刷压力等因素都会影响油墨的传递.本文研究了单色胶印机印刷速度对油墨转移的影响,为取得稳定的油墨转移,应将供墨量、印刷速度及印刷机输墨性能参数三者有机结合起来.

Influence of printing speed on printing ink transfer

Tho printed process is the process of exact transferring of ink.The printing ink is mainly from the ductor miler,to ink roller,ink distributing,printing plate,blanket cylinder,and finally arrive at printing stoke surface. Many factors will affect the transfer of printing ink,such as the printability of printing ink, ink-water balance, the printing plate,the function of printing blanket,the printing stock,the printing pressure,printing speed.This research focuses on the influence of printing speed on ink transferring and how can stable ink transferring get guaranteed.
