阻燃聚酯非织造空气过滤材料的研究

摘    要:讨论了阻燃聚酯非织造空气过滤材料的生产工艺参数对产品阻燃性能、力学性能、过滤效率和透气性的影响。结果表明,胶液中阻燃剂含量及喷胶压力是影响产品阻燃效果的重要因素,产品的力学性能随喷胶压力增大而提高;随纤维纤度增大,产品的透气性有所降低。

Abstract:The effects of process parameters on flame retardant properties, mechanical properties, air filtration efficiency and air-permeation properties of nonwoven air-filtration materials were discussed. The results showed that the content of flame retardant in the adhesive and the spaying pressure were important factors which influenced the flame retardant properties. The mechanical properties went up with the increase of spraying pressure. The air permeation properties decreased with the increase of fiber denier.
