钢纤维混凝土电磁屏蔽性能实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了纤维体积掺量相同情况下,4种不同纤维长度的钢纤维混凝土电磁屏蔽性能,并对其屏蔽规律进行了分析、比较。探讨了纤维长度对钢纤维混凝土电磁屏蔽性能的影响机理。当纤维体积掺量为2A%,纤维长度为18或12mm时,钢纤维混凝土电磁屏蔽效能在0-3~1000MHz频带内达到20dB以上。其中掺入长度为18mm钢纤维时,在0.3MHz最高达到65dB,掺入长度为6mm钢纤维时,在1.0GHz最高达到41dB。

Abstract:Adding in steel-fiber in same volume percent, the electromagnetic shielding properties of steel-fiber concrete with four kinds of fiber length were researched with experiment, and their rules were analyzed and compared. The mechanism causing the influence of fiber length on the shielding properties of steel-fiber concrete was investigated. Adding in 18 or 12mm length steel-fiber in 2A volume percent, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of steel-fiber concrete beyond 20 dB in the range of 0.3-1000MHz is obtained. As adding in 18ram steel fiber, the maxim value of shielding effectiveness is 65 dB, which appears at 0.3MHz, and adding in 6mm steel fiber, the maxim value of shielding effectiveness is 41 dB, which appears at 1.0GHz.
