摘    要:高强度导电铜基复合材料是一类很有应用潜力的功能材料,本文综述了该类材料的国内外研究现状,并对其设计原理,制备工艺及性能进行了介绍,最后阐述了该类材料的发展方向。

Abstract:High Strength and electric conductivity copper based composites (HHCC)are functional materials with great application potertial. They were comprehensively studied in rencent years.In this paper,research situation of HHCC was summarised. Design principles,fabrication processes and properties of HHCC were also described. The developing tendency of the materials was finally prosented.
