超细镍粉的溶液还原法制备研究

摘    要:以NiSO4.6H2O为原料,N2H4.H2O为还原剂,NaOH调节溶液的PH值,控制反应条件为:Ni^w2+的浓度1.0mol.L^-1;N2H4.H2O/Ni^2+为2.0;NaOH/Ni^2+的1.0,反应温度为90℃,将得到的沉淀物洗涤,干燥,得到了平均粒度为62nm的超细镍粉,考察了反应条件对还原反应的影响,并对制备的粉末采用TEM,XRD,IAS及BET法进行了表征,结果表明,本法制力

Abstract:By using NiSO46H2O as material,N2H4H2O as reductant,NaOH adjusting pH value of the solution,ultrafine nickel powders can be prepared.The condition of reaction is as follows:concentration of Ni2+ is 1.0molL-1,N2H4H2O/Ni2+ is 2.0,NaOH/Ni2+ is 1.0 and reaction temperature is 90.The powders prepared were characterized by TEM,XRD,IAS,and BET method.The results show that the nickel powders prepared are spherical and average size is 62nm with narrow size distribution.The amount of NaOH affects the purity of nickel powders.
