摘    要:桐油作为一种重要的战略生物材料和可再生生物质资源,由于其较高的研究和应用价值,得到了广泛的关注。首先通过酯交换反应将桐油酸甘油酯(桐油的主要成分)转化为桐酸甲酯,然后以SO_3H功能化离子液体作为催化剂,通过与邻苯二酚的傅-克烷基化反应,制备桐油基漆酚类似物,最后通过红外光谱,紫外可见光谱,核磁共振谱和液相色谱-质谱联用仪等表征鉴定桐油基漆酚类似物的结构。

Abstract:Tung oil,as an important strategic biomaterial and renewable biomass resource,has attracted increasing attention due to its high value of research and application.In this study,eleostearic acid glyceride(the main component of tung oil)was transformed to methyl eleostearate(ME)by transesterification,and then reacted with catechol(CAT)via Friedel-Crafts alkylation using SO3 H-functionalized ionic liquid as catalyst.The alkylation products(CAT-ME)similar to urushiol(urushiol analogues)were successfully synthesized,and confirmed by the characterization results of infrared spectroscopy,UV visible spectroscopy,NMR spectra and HPLC-MS spectra.
