摘    要:以磷石膏为主要原料,碳酸氢铵作为成孔剂,十二烷基磺酸钠为渗透剂,羧甲基纤维素钠为粘结剂,采用圆盘造粒法制备多孔基体材料。考察成孔剂、渗透剂、粘结剂的用量对基体材料孔隙率和强度的影响。采用XRD、SEM对多孔材料进行了微观测试。响应面实验结果表明,当成孔剂/渗透剂/粘结剂比例为6∶2.47∶0.77,制得的基体材料孔隙率38.97%,强度11.95N。

Abstract:Porous matrix material was prepared by disc granulation method with phosphogypsum as the main material, ammonium hydrogencarbonate as the pore former, sodium dodecyl sulfate as the penetrating agent and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the binder. The effect of the amount of pore forming agent, penetrant and binder on the porosity of the matrix material was investigated. The microstructures of porous materials were tested by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results of response surface experiments show that when the ratio of pore former/penetrant/binder was 6:2.47:0.77, the obtained matrix material had a porosity of 38.97% and a strength of 11.95 N.
