聚喹啉铝发光特性的研究

摘    要:研究了由聚喹啉铝的乙醇或氯仿溶液制备的两种薄膜发光光谱及共电致光谱。通过比较两种薄膜及其它喹啉金属配合物的光致光谱,认为这些材料发光主要来自单个喹啉,喹啉基团间的相互作用影响了喹啉基团上共轭电子的离域程度,对光谱有调节作用。聚喹啉铝中的柔性碳链和氢键产生较大位阻,能影响喹啉基团的相互作用,这是导致聚喹啉铝(Palq)发光光谱相对喹啉铝蓝移的主要原因。

Abstract:We investigated photoluminescent properties of po ly-tris(8-quinolinolato) aluminum (palq) films from ethanol or chloroform solut ion,and electroluminescence devices fabricated using Palq and poly(N-vinylcar bazole) (PVK), respectively. Comparing their photoluminescence spectra with tho se of different quinolinolate metal complexes, we think that the luminescent cen ter mostly comes from single quinolinolate group. The interaction between quinol inolate groups can affect delocalized degree of conjugated electrons in quinolin olate group and further modify the color of their luminescence. The flexible car bon chains and hydrogen bonds in Palq hinder the interactions of tris(8-quinol inolato) aluminum groups, which results in blue-shifted luminescence in compari son with tris (8-quinolinolato) aluminum (Alq).
