| Abstract: | This paper has described principles and classifications of piezoelectric transformers and discussed piezoelectric transformers operating in some kinds of vibration modes. Two types of piezoelectric transformers with electrodes designed specially were introduced. The research and development on bulk and film piezoelectric transformers was proposed. |
