摘    要:介绍了三元化合物材料CsCu2l5和Cs3Cul2l5晶体薄膜的制备工艺,利用低温吸收谱及扫描电镜能谱图分析了庐摹成分,通过透射电镜的衍射图样研究了三元化合物的晶格结构及参数,证明了它们是单一相的晶态膜。

Abstract:In this paper we discribed the preparation of ternary compounds CsCu2I3 and Cs3Cu2I5 crystal thin films, analyzed their compo-nents bY the absorption spectra at low temperature and the energy spectra from the scanning electron - microscope, studied the structure and parameters of crystal lattice in these ternafy compounds through the diffactive patterns from the transmissive electron - microscope,and found that, the thin films were single - phase crystal films.
