瓦楞纸箱结构优化的CAD系统

摘    要:为了实现瓦楞纸箱的优化结构设计和强度设计,并以图形文字的方式将结果输出给用户,提高瓦楞纸箱的设计效率,建立了瓦楞纸箱结构优化CAD系统,该系统主要包括结构优化、抗压强度设计、图形绘制和数据库查询系统四部分;结构优化以包括包装成本、物流成本、仓储成本在内的整体费用为目标函数,通过优化瓦楞纸箱结构及装载模式,最大限度地降低商品的生产、物流、仓储成本;强度设计能够设计一种定量最小又满足强度要求的瓦楞纸板;图形绘制将结构设计和强度设计的结果以图形的方式表达给用户;数据库查询系统使方便的查找所需箱型资料成为可能.

Abstract:In order to realize the optimization design of structure and intensity of the corrugated paper case, export the result to users in the way of figure and characters, and improve the design efficiency of the corrugated paper case greatly, a corrugated paper optimization CAD system was established. This system was made of four parts, which were structural optimization, compression strength design, figure drawing, and database inquiring. The structural optimization regards whole expenses as goal function including packing cost, logistics cost, and storage cost. Through optimizing the structure of corrugated paper case and loading mode, the structural optimization can reduce the cost of production, logistics and storage to the maximum extent ; Intensity design can design one corrugated card- board which has the minimum ration and meets intensity demand. The figure was drawn to express the result to users; with database inquiring system it is convenient to find out the necessary case types conveniently.
