定量包装控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:目的提高定量包装机的包装精度。方法在现有定量包装机基础上,设计了以PLC作为控制器,以触摸屏TPC7062KS为显示操作屏的定量包装控制系统,直接获取包装系统的运行信息和各种数据,提高了包装系统的可靠性和可操作性。在分析传统方法不足的基础上,在梯形图程序中采用模糊PID控制算法进行闭环控制。结果通过多次试验,包装精度能够达到±0.2%。结论采用该控制方法,包装精度提高了,并且基本不会受到外界因素的影响。

Abstract:In order to improve the packaging precision of quantitative packaging machine, a quantitative packaging system was designed with PLC as the controller and TPC7062KS as the operating screen based on the existing quantitative packing machine. By directly acquiring operational information and various data of the packaging system, it could improve the reliability and operability of the packaging system. Based on the analysis of the shortages of traditional methods, it adopted fuzzy PID control algorithm for closed-loop control in the ladder diagram program. The experiments showed that the packaging accuracy could reach ±0.2%. This control method can improve the precision of packaging precision and also make it hardly influenced by external factors.
