Design and Development of Intelligent CAD System for Cushioning Package

The design and realization of intelligent CAD system for cushioning package were introduced. The information database of cushioning package, the graphic design and disposal module of cushioning package based on the technology of UG second development and the intelligent design module of cushioning package are applied to develop the cushioning package CAD system, which integrate fully functions of data processing of products information, compute of design and check for cushion and corrugated board box, optimal design of packaging structure and analysis of finite element simulations. The function blocks and characteristic of the cushioning package CAD system were mainly introduced.
