摘    要:目的从生活型态视角精准构建符合各类差异化高龄用户价值特征的角色类型。方法以成都市城市社区为研究案例,将高龄者生活型态研究作为基础,透过高龄者用户价值分析框架构建具有针对性的高龄者用户角色画像。结果得出成都城市社区高龄者用户角色画像。结论通过对生活型态研究,可以敏锐把握不同生活语境下的各类高龄者用户价值,并借助高龄者用户价值分析模型进行针对性分析,最后透过用户角色法构建典型用户画像,可以有效地协助研究与设计人员创造出可以满足不同高龄者用户需求的解决方案。

Abstract:From the perspective of lifestyle, it can accurately construct the types of characters that conform to the value characteristics of various elderly users. Based on the study of the urban community in Chengdu city as the elderly lifestyle, a targeted elderly user persona by using a user value analysis framework of the elderly is constructed. We conclude that four types of elderly user persona in urban community. By the study of lifestyle, we can grasp the user value of all kinds of elderly people in different life context. Through an elderly user value analysis framework constructing a targeted elderly user persona can effective create solutions to meet the demand of different elderly users to help researcher and designer.
