| 摘 要： | 文章分析了产品逆向物流的影响因素,即产品的寿命周期长度和回收量的可变性,给出了逆向物流回收量与产品收周期以及回收可变性的关系.在此基础上,根据寿命周期长度和回收率可变性将产品的逆向物流分为七种类型,给出了每种类型的管理复杂程度,提出了企业进行逆向物流外包的决策流程.

| Abstract: | The influencing factors of reverse logistics were analyzed such as the length of life cycle and variability in the volume of returns. The relations between volume of returns and these two factors were discussed. On the basis of this, reverse logistics was classified into seven types, and the complexity degree of each type was analyzed. The decision process of reverse logistics' outsourcing for enterprises was put forward. |
