摘    要:在凹印工艺中,合适的干燥参数不但是印品成像质量的的保证.通过印品干燥过程特性及影响因素:热风温度、热风速度及油墨初含剂量的实验和理论研究,依据多项式回归分析,建立了印品对流干燥参数与溶剂残留量的数学模型,对实际生产有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In gravure printing techniques, the correct drying parameter is not only the key to good quality of printing image, but also the assurance of making remaining amount of solvent accord with the hygienic requirements. Through research in characteristic of press products in printing process and influence factors, such as hot air temperature, hot air velocity and initial solvent content of ink, according to multinomial regression analysis, a mathematics model was established on the parameter of press products convection drying and remaining amount of solvent.
