非线性包装系统跌落冲击响应分析

摘    要:目的分析得到非线性保守包装系统跌落冲击的近似解析解。方法提出一种新的非线性分析方法,选取三次非线性和瓦楞纸板型的混合非线性跌落冲击模型为例,分析得到近似解析解。结果原控制方程无需简化,近似精度随着近似阶数的提高而提高,对强非线性问题仍然有效。结论该研究为非线性包装系统跌落冲击响应分析提供了一种新的分析方法。

Abstract:The work aims to analyze and obtain the approximate analytical solutions for dropping shock response of nonlinear packaging system. A new nonlinear analytical technique was introduced. Cubic nonlinear and corrugated board hybrid nonlinear dropping shock models were selected as examples and the approximations were obtained by analysis. The original governing equation needed no simplification. The approximation accuracy was increased with the improved approximate orders. The method was still valid to strong nonlinear problems. This research provides a new analysis technique to the dropping shock response of nonlinear packaging system.
