纸浆模塑制品的研究进展

摘    要:对纸浆模塑制品的发展现状及其性能研究的进展作了详细的综述,并提出对纸浆模塑制品的研究,应着重在材料特性参数即材料的弹性模量、泊松比、剪切模量与材料的紧度、温度和湿度的函数规律及单元结构和整体结构在静载及动载下的基本力学性能方面,形成纸浆模塑制品的理论设计方法,较好地解决其设计周期长和模具成本高的问题.

Abstract:The current state and development of moulded pulp products was summarized and discussed.It was suggested that further development and research of molding products should be focused on the relationship between performance and condition,such as the Young modulus,Poison's ratio,shear modulus,the density,temperature,and moisture content of the material.The basic mechanical properties of the unit and the whole structure under static and dynamic loadings should be studied.Modular design method and solutions for the problem of the long design time and the high cost of molding should be worked out.
