Researches on Honeycomb Corrugated Fibreboard

ccording to the test that used the liner of honeycomb corrugated fibreboard manufactured by adhering several layer corrugated paper boards to replace the cushioning liner material of foamed plastis, we can know the honeycomb corrugated fibreboard has a higher compression strength. The compression strength almost appears a liner increase with the increase of thickness and width of paper boards and decress with the decrease of highth of paper boards. But the decrease is not heavy. The honycomb corrugated paper board possesses some cushioning property and is spccially suitable the cushioning packaging of some heaviver product such as housekeeping electrical appliance, small-scale electromechanical product, ceramic product etc. It can replace foamed plastic liner by designing cushioning liner according to different form property. Developping the liner of honeycomb corrugated fibreboard has social economic benefit in our country judged by value to environmental protection and adapting to the developping trend of green pack in the whole world.
