产品形态仿生设计与逆向工程技术

从产品形态仿生设计的传统过程出发,分析了产品仿生形态设计中存在的问题;提出了产品形态仿生设计的技术路线;并对产品形态仿生中的若干逆向工程技术问题进行了讨论.指出利用逆向工程技术和计算机技术把理想的生物形态引入到产品形态中,可以定量地对产品形态进行设计,可以减少产品形态设计的不确定性;提高设计效率和设计质量;使产品形态的重用成为可能.

Product Form Bionics Design and Reverse Engineering Technique

The existing problems in product form bionics design were analyzed from the traditional process of the product form bionics. The technical route of product form bionics design was put forward. Some of the technical problems of reverse engineering were discussed. It was pointed out that importing the ideal living creature form into to the product form using the reverse engineering technique and computer technique can design product quantificationally, to reduce the indetermination of the product form design, to raise the design efficiency and the design quality, and to make product reusing possible.
