摘    要:为了满足气调包装机人机界面、控制系统与配气系统一体化的要求,本课题组研制的ZQT-1D400的型气调包装机的触摸屏、PLC控制系统和单片机配气系统通过串口通讯较好的集成在一起,同时配气系统采用单片机系统,达到降低成本的要求.在介绍本气调包装机及其基于压力法配气原理的同时,着重阐述了PLC与单片机之间的通讯协议和配气程序流程图.

The MAP Machine with Continuous Gas Mixer Based on Pressure
Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of the integration of interface, PLC and mixing system of MAP, a kind of modified atmosphere packaging machine was introduced which can mix proportional gas continuously based on the method of pressure, the communication protocol between PLC and MSC1210 single chip microcomputer system and the programming frame of gas mixed were mainly described.
