对喷墨印刷中油墨铺展和渗透的研究

摘    要:探讨了墨滴与纸面接触后发生的相互作用:铺展和渗透, 分析了相互作用的机理;并根据Kubelka-Munk理论提出了能够确定渗透之后的光学参数的渗透模型;以及使用分形理论对油墨铺展进行模拟,能够精确确定网点面积;对喷墨印刷中其它分形应用作了初步地探讨,提出可以建立纸张涂层表面的粗糙度与墨水的光学性质和铺展性能的关联函数,进而可以分析不同印品的质量.

Abstract:Interactions between ink and substrate in ink -jet printing were discussed, and the mechanism was revealed. An ink penetration model was established according to Kubelka - Munk theory, by which the optical parameters can be determined. The fractal theory and fractal dimension were introduced to simulate ink spreading. The dot area can be deduced with fractal dimension. Other applications of fractal theory and fractal dimension were also demonstrated.
