摘    要:实验研究了4种不同厚度的蜂窝纸板的推动传递特性,得到推动传递率曲线、峰值频率、推动传递率和阻尼比,为蜂窝纸板在缓冲包装中的推广应用提供了基本数据。

Abstract:In order to provide basic data for utilizing honeycomb paperboards in cushioning and vibration-proof packaging, vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboards with different thickness are investigated by experiments on vibration table. From the vibration tests with slow sine sweep, the peak frequencies and transmissibility curves are measured and used to estimate the damping ratios. The vibration transmissibility curves of honeycomb paperboards have multiple peak frequencies, which may exert different transmissibility on package article during distribution. When the excitation frequency is more than 350Hz, the vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboards are very small and damping ratio are larger, so honeycomb paperboards may efficiently attenuate vibration during distribution.
