摘    要:人类造物以"用"为目的,从使用到体验反映了人类物质文明的发展和对精神享受的更高要求,交互设计正是满足这一目标的设计方法.用户体验和人与产品的交互密切相关,交互行为无处不在,但并非都能达到预期目标,主要是由于存在"认知摩擦".理解和应用交互设计方法,设计交互式产品是解决"认知摩擦"的有效途径.交互设计不仅是对工业设计的提升,而且也是产品设计研究的新焦点.

Abstract:The use of product is the motive of human-made creation.Using and experiences reflect the development of human material civilization and signify people's higher demand of psychological satisfaction.Interaction design is an ideal design theory and method to satisfy these needs of consumers.There is a close relationship between consumer experiences and interactions of human and products.The interaction exists everywhere,though does not always succeed because of the cognitive friction.An effective way to solve the problem is understanding and application of interaction design and interactive products.The interaction design is not only an advancement of industry design,but also a new focus in the research area of product design.
