基于ANSYS保温包装球壳模型的建立

摘    要:将实际保温箱尝试用不同球壳模型表达,实现了三维热传递模型向一维模型的转换,借助ANSYS热分析,进行数值模拟,分析了转换模型的保温时间及其与实际保温箱的相对误差。结果表明,当箱体一个内表面接近正方形,内尺寸最大值与最小值的比值小于2时,采用与实际保温箱内体积相等、厚度相等转化而来的球壳模型,最能真实反映实际保温箱的传热过程,这为保温包装优化设计、降低包装成本提供了依据。
