缓解压力产品的情感化设计研究

摘    要:以压力关系模型和马斯洛需求为启示,分析了压力产生与持续存在的原因,并以"内摹仿"说为依据,提出了以缓和压力外化而来的负面情绪为途径的压力缓解方法。在此基础上,以情感化设计理论为指导,研究了产品设计各个层次的情感语意,提出了为产品增加缓压功能的设计策略,并以心情回收站为例,展示了如何以合适的情感语意进行以缓解压力为目的的产品设计方法。
