| 摘 要： | 食品包装使用的材料、工艺、包装机械设备等都可能对食品造成污染,引起食品安全问题。分析阐述了我国食品包装机械在食品卫生安全方面存在的主要技术问题;探讨了我国食品包装机械的技术发展路径,并指出了食品包装机械科技发展的重点是应用高端实用的高新技术。利用高新技术进行专业化发展,推行GMP制造标准,提高绿色包装机械的开发设计能力,是建立我国食品包装机械新体系、保证食品安全的必由之路。
