| 摘 要： | 以某电视机顶盒的运输包装设计为例,在保证集装箱一定装箱率的情况下,探究了可降低物流成本的运输包装方案。首先进行了其外包装瓦楞纸箱的设计,其次,结合缓冲包装设计方法,利用UG软件,分别设计了EPS和EPE以及纸浆模塑3种材料的缓冲衬垫造型,并进行了试验数据和成本对比。提出了一套完整的运输包装设计思路,可以直接应用于实际生产。
