LWC在凹版印刷中网点扩大的实验研究

摘    要:计算机中设置的网点面积从5%到100%的系列色块,通过电子雕刻机在凹版滚筒上雕刻出来,在凹版印刷实验机上使用LWC制得反映不同浓淡油墨配比的实验样张,然后用密度计测量样张上色块的网点百分比,画图分析不同油墨浓淡状态下LWC样张上凹印网点扩大情况.实验结果表明:冲淡剂的增加使得网点扩大程度减少.

Abstract:A series of color block with percent dot area from 5% to 100% were engraved on gravure rollers using electronic engraving machine. The printing samples reflecting different ink component were made on this gravure machine with LWC. The dot gain on LWC printing samples in different ink state was tested and analyzed. The results showed that the extent of dot gain will decrease when using dilution.
