摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立橡皮滚筒的几何模型与有限元模型,对其静态性能进行分析研究,通过分析印版、橡皮、压印三滚筒之间的相互作用力,得出橡皮滚筒在印刷过程中的弯曲变形情况,并分析研究了印刷过程中,由于空档的存在使滚筒之间存在的交变振动冲击.

Abstract:The geometric and finite element models of blanket cylinder were established with ANSYS software and the static performance of blanket cylinder was analyzed.The bend deformation of blanket cylinder in printing process was obtained by analyzing the force of interaction among printing block,blanket,and cylinders.The vibration impact during printing caused gaps was analyzed.
