减振密封包装箱设计及试验分析

摘    要:目的研究并获得包装箱减振和密封效果。方法以某包装箱结构设计为基础,进行了减振装置冲击试验。为准确获得包装箱漏率指标,建立了温度和大气压力补偿模型。结果冲击试验结果表明减振效率不低于62.3%;气密性试验表明包装箱漏率为3.03×10-4Pa·m3/s。结论为该包装箱设计定型提供依据,并为其他带减振或密闭容器设计及试验提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To study and obtain the damping and sealing results of a packaging box. Methods Based on design of a packaging box, vibration dampers shock test was conducted. To get accurate leak rate, a temperature and atmospheric pressure compensation model was established. Results The results showed that the damping effect was not less than 62. 3% . The air tightness test indicated that the leak rate of packaging box was 3. 03 X10-4Pa·m3/ s. Conclusion These results provide the basis for packaging box design typification, and give the experimental basis and reference for other damping or sealing packaging box.
